A champagne as pleasant as an aperitif than throughout the diner.
As the Champagne Brut Tradition, this rosé is made out of chardonnay and pinot noir. But it owes its unique color and taste to an adding (15 to 20%) of "Coteaux Champenois", a red wine produced in the area and aged in oak barrels. An assemblage resulting in a red fruit (particularly strawberries) flavored Champagne, also evoking peach, white spice and vanilla.
